Refund & Cancellation Policy

As our services are both online and assisted (with immediate activation upon payment), the refund and cancellation policy outlined below governs all membership plans and payments made through our platform.
1. Free Membership
- Registration on SubhVivah.in is free of cost.
- You can browse limited profiles and explore basic features without any payment.
- Since no charges are involved, refund/cancellation does not apply here.
2. Paid Membership (Silver / Gold / Diamond / Premium Plans)
Once you upgrade to any paid plan, please note:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Access to premium features is granted immediately upon payment.
- No refund will be given if you decide to cancel after activating the service.
This includes situations such as:
- Not finding a suitable match
- Change of mind after payment
- Inactivity or non-usage of account
- Matrimonial search discontinued due to personal or family reasons
3. Duplicate or Excess Payment
If you have been charged twice or have made an accidental duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
To process your refund:
- Email us at support@subhvivah.in
- Attach proof of both transactions
- Mention your registered mobile/email
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or deactivate your profile at any time from your dashboard.
- However, cancelling your profile does not qualify for a refund.
- Auto-renewal of subscriptions (if activated) must be turned off manually from your settings prior to the renewal date.
5. No Guarantee Policy
SubhVivah.in strives to match you with verified and compatible profiles. However:
- We do not guarantee marriage or engagement.
- Matches are based on preferences but also depend on mutual interest and external factors.
Hence, refunds cannot be claimed based on unsuccessful matchmaking results.
6. Refund Process (If Eligible)
If your refund qualifies (e.g. duplicate payment):

- Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”
- Include: Registered phone number, email ID, payment screenshot, transaction ID

SubhVivah.in reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice. Refund decisions remain at the discretion of SubhVivah’s management team based on terms of service and account activity.
