1. Nature of the Platform

SubhVivah.in is a digital matchmaking and matrimonial service platform that provides targeted matchmaking services for individuals seeking a life partner. We are not a casual dating site but a platform for serious matrimonial alliances. SubhVivah.in replaces traditional matrimonial classifieds with an interactive and user-driven approach.

This Site is intended for individual use only, for the purpose of promoting personal profiles and connecting with suitable matches. It must not be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SubhVivah.in, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

You become a Member once you register by submitting your details, either as a free or paid user. You also agree to the collection, use, and verification of your personal and sensitive information (including documents like ID proof and payment information) for the purpose of providing our matchmaking services. If you do not wish to share your information, kindly do not register or, if already registered, request account deletion by writing to: support@subhvivah.in.

3. Eligibility

To register, you must:

• Be of legal marriageable age in India (18+ for females, 21+ for males)
• Be legally competent to enter into matrimony
• Not be restrained by any law, court order, or injunction from doing so

SubhVivah.in may terminate your membership if you violate eligibility requirements, misrepresent details, or breach this Agreement. Termination may be without refund.

4. Premium Services

SubhVivah.in offers both free and premium memberships. Premium users gain additional features such as:

• Priority listing
• Direct messaging access
• Highlighted profiles
• Access to contact information

Membership fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated or under special consideration.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify SubhVivah.in of any unauthorized access or security breach.

6. Use Restrictions

• SubhVivah.in is for personal use only
• You may not post, share, or promote commercial products or services
• Multiple profiles by the same individual are not allowed
• Use of bots, scrapers, or automation tools is strictly prohibited

SubhVivah.in reserves the right to block, restrict, or delete accounts without refund for violations.

7. Member Conduct

You agree to:

• Share only accurate and truthful profile information
• Not impersonate or misrepresent others
• Interact respectfully and decently during events, video chats, or personal messaging
• Not harass, abuse, or solicit members for commercial or illegal purposes
• Not transmit objectionable content including hate speech, obscenity, or explicit material

SubhVivah.in reserves the right to moderate content and communication between members.

8. Profile Content and Rights

All content submitted by you (including photos, bio-data, etc.) remains your responsibility. You grant SubhVivah.in a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content for matchmaking purposes. We reserve the right to review or remove any content violating our terms or the law.

9. Privacy

Your use of SubhVivah.in is governed by our Privacy Policy. We strive to protect your personal information and take measures in line with applicable privacy regulations.

10. Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls from SubhVivah.in and verified users, including OTPs and promotional messages. This consent overrides DND/NCPR settings.

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your account by writing to: support@subhvivah.in

SubhVivah.in may terminate your account:

• For breach of terms
• For fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct
• Due to inactivity for a long duration

No refunds are applicable post termination unless stated otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

SubhVivah.in is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of member content
• User interactions or disputes
• Technical glitches, downtime, or errors
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Site or Service

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, during your subscription term.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SubhVivah.in and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Site or Service
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity from your account

15. Amendments

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
